BASIC Grill course
In the basic grilling course, participants are shown the basics of modern grilling, on charcoal grills as well as gas grills. We go into different grilling methods and techniques, and together we prepare the menu on the grill, which is then eaten all together .
- Proper use of modern charcoal and gas grills, grill with closed lid
- Different grilling methods (eg direct and indirect grilling) - The right temperatures - Tips and tricks around grilling and grilling material - Practical application and individual participation required - Organization and security around the grill INCLUDED IN THE COURSE:
- About 4 hours of course (Limited to 16 persons to guarantee maximum quality)
- 4-course menu for collaborating - Recipe folder with the recipes of the course for home grilling - Food and drink (incl. Alcoholic beverages)
Note: Courses are guaranteed from a minimum of 10 participants.
