– Combination of sushi with elements from the grill world
– Different grilling methods (e.g. wok, plancha, grilling, direct and indirect grilling) – Tips and tricks around grilling, sushi and grilled food (including special Asian ingredients, sushi rice, etc.) – Information about Asian cuisine (and how to get it on the grill) – Practical application and individual participation required INCLUDED IN THE COURSE:
- About 4 hours of course (Limited to 16 persons to guarantee maximum quality)
- Menu including chirashi, tataki and various Maki for collaborating - Recipe folder with the recipes of the course for home grilling - Food and drink (incl. Alcoholic beverages)
