Mit der in Deutschland hergestellten Plancha-Platte aus 3mm dickem, geölten Stahl lassen sich deftige Fleischspezialitäten dank unterschiedlicher Temperaturzonen und gleichmäßiger Hitzeverteilung punktgenau grillen. Gleichzeitig können Fisch-Filets oder herzhaftes Grillgemüse am äußeren Rand in einer Temperaturzone mit geringerer Hitze gegart werden. Nach dem gründlichen Einbrennen und mit jedem Einsatz wird die Grillplatte besser, denn durch die entstehende Patina entwickeln sich besondere Röstaromen. Der sich bildende, natürliche Antihafteffekt erlaubt bei einer gut ausgebildeten Patina eine geringe Fettbeigabe. Das 3-armige Trägergestell ist für Ihre Kunden leicht zu handhaben, da es einfach zusammengesteckt und die Platte aufgelegt wird. So ist die Grillplatte sicher auf dem Atago positioniert. Durch die Aussparung in der Mitte der Atago Grillplatte können Kohle oder Brennholz im laufenden Betrieb nachgelegt werden. Die Henkel machen die Platte flexibel transportierbar und einen Wechsel vom Plancha-Grill zur Feuerstelle schnell möglich. Durch die flache Bauweise der Grillplatte und das steckbare Trägergestell ist die Grillplatte einfach und platzsparend im Van oder Camper verstaut.
